Character's Name: Raiki Ziyu, "Blue Dragon"
Character's Age: 21
Character's Attitude: Serious, determined, loyal, ambitious, quiet. He does all he can to do what he believes is right.
Character's Race: Human
Character's Appearance: 6'2'', white hair (use to be black), right eye is deep sea blue, left eye is red; he was in a fight and the eye was damaged. He can still see a little during the day, but it is more heightened at night. He keeps his left eye covered during the day with a simple blue head band. He wears a two piece blue and black suit. It covers his mouth to keep out the cold. He wears the traditional northern water tribe cloak.

Other Info: He is also known as the Blue Dragon because he uses the image of a dragon when he water bends.
History: Born in the Southern water tribe. His family took him to the Northern water tribe when he was 3 in order to protect him from the fire nation because he was found to be a waterbender. During the trip to the North, they encountered some firebenders who attacked them. They were able to escape, but Raiki was left with a half functioning eye. His parents prayed to the Moon Spirit to heal him and a few days after they arrived in the North, he was able to see a little during the day and his hair had turned white (his hair was originally black) He had to learn how to use his right eye, but discovered that he could see really well with it at night. He thanks the Moon spirit for this gift. He studied under the Norther Water Tribe's master Water bender and excelled. He became an orphan during the attack on the Northern Tribe from the Fire Nation. He worships the Moon Spirit because of her sacrifice during that battle.
After his parents were killed, he was taken in by one of the waterbending teachers, and thus was under direct tutelage for the rest of his life. When he was 15 he left the northern water tribe for 3 years to travel the nations after peace was restored. He brought a name for himself during his travels as he went about helping people. He learned much of the other nations and even mastered the sword. He returned to the Northern tribe when he was 18 to learn more of the secrets of waterbending.
He seeks knowledge and understanding in all things.
