OCC: Okay, so this thread will need Max542 with Feru and Firestar with Misora. Any others that would like to join, go ahead! I welcome you!
Korin walked briskly down the hall of him and his siblings quarters. Stopping at Misora's room, he gently knocked on the door. "Misora, Sweetie, it's Korin. Is it okay if I come in?"

OOC: Yay for Princess! lol, this'll be fun. Let the family matters begin!
Misora was sitting on the floor, surrounded by all sorts of toys, trying to figure out which one to play with. There was a stack of stuffed animals to her left and a small doll in her right hand. She was starting to frustrate herself on figuring out which one to play with when she heard a knock on her door. She smiled when she heard Korin on the other side. Eagerly, she went to the door and pulled it open, wrapping her arms around her eldest brother before he could react in any way. "Korin!" she shrieked gleefully. She grabbed his hand and started dragging him into her room to let him know of her plight. "Should I play with Mazi?" she asked, holding up her doll, "or Mr. Penguin? Or maybe Momo junior?" She frowned, looking at all her toys. Such hard choices.

Korin laughed playfully, grabbing Mr. Penguin away with her with a funny look on his face. "How 'bout you play Mazi and I'll be Mr. Penguin." He plopped himself down right in front of her and made it look like Mr. Penguin was walking. Then he changed his voice. "Hi there, Misora. How are you today?" He reached up and tweaked her nose, smiling like a little child.

Feru was aimlessly wandering around the palace. He had a late night since Aunt Azula taught him a new move with firebending. He had scorched himself a bit from practicing, but was able to cover it up with his clothes. He heard Misora talking and wondered who she was talking to. He walked over to her room and spotted Korin kneeling beside her. His eyes flared for a moment and then he recalled Auntie Azula's caution. He quickly masked his emotions and calmed himself. "Back from another mission from Father, Korin?" He forced out a smile. "Glad to have you back." He leaned against Misora's door frame.

Misora giggled, an incredibly happy smile spreading across her face. "Hello, Mr. Penguin!" she said, "I'm very good today. Have you met my friend Mazi?" She picked up her doll and "introduced" them. Then she heard the voice that thrilled her the most of any of her family. She rocketed to her feet and spun around to the door, latching onto her other brother tightly. "Feru!!!" she squealed, also dragging him into her room.

Korin smiled slightly at Feru, slowly getting up. "Yes...I just got in this morning." He stood there, feeling awkward, then scratched his head. "So, um, what have you been up to these past couple days?" He looked at Feru oddly, noticing the bags under his eyes. Otherwise, he looked fine. "Have you not been sleeping well?"

"Hey, easy Misora, my arm is gonna fall off!" Feru complained as his sister dragged him into her room. Snapping his arm away after he was inside, Feru was rubbing his arm when Korin began talking. "I'm fine." He shrugged indifferently. "Just wandering around the city mostly." He noticed the odd look Korin was giving him and faked a reassuring smile. "There's no need to worry about me. I've just been studying more than usual; I've been wanting to know more about our history and the buildings and weaponry that Grandfather Ozai built." He gave half the truth. The only reason he was studying was so he could improve the weapons and armor and so, he needed to study every cranny, that, and Aunt Azula's teachings were getting more intense. He rubbed his arm, annoyed that Misora had grabbed a hold of one of his burnt areas. "So, where did Father send you this time?" Feru asked, showing genuine interest.

Misora was a little upset when Feru shook her off, as she always was. Her face gave a perfect pout, but didn't keep it there for long. She was a little interested in her older brothers' conversation. She loved studying, particularly firebending. She knew she was already better at it than either of them were, and she made no attempt to conceal her pride in it. While she listened to them talk, she entertained herself by creating flames and playing with them.

Korin glanced irritatedly at Misora, angry that she bragged about how good she was at firebending (lol), then looked back at Feru. "There really wasn't much to it...He just sent me to the Si Wong Desert to hear about the raiders that we've heard have been disturbing the townspeople." He spoke with authority in his voice, trying to sound older and wiser than he truly was. Otherwise known as showing off. He saw how Feru had looked at him ever since he began to truly understand his position as second child, and Korin hated the feeling. He felt awkward and like him and his brother were separated by a thick wall of ice. He looked at Misora again, still irritated that she was showing off. "Misora, stop that now, before you hurt yourself." He knew she wouldn't, but she obeyed him most times. Most.

Misora smiled smugly at Korin, then tossed a column of fire over her head, just barely missing the ceiling. The roof still held some scorch marks from the first time she had aimed upward. The chandalier was burned and melted in a few places. But now she rarely missed anything. "I'm not gonna hurt myself, old wise elder brother of mine," she said sarcastically. She put the fire down to just a small ball and tossed it back and forth between her hands. "You're just jealous I'm better than either of you!" She stuck her tounge out at them.
OOC: let the annoyance begin!

Feru raised a curious eyebrow, his face showing actual expression for some time. "Really? I've been hearing the soldiers talk about that. Did you find anything? Did you fight any of them." He asked, his eyes bright with some excitement. He wondered about the raids himself, for some of them, he knew who was behind them, but there were others that were going on. He made a note to bring it up to Aunt Azula; she might know what's going on.
As Feru was contemplating about the raids, his eyes followed Misora's fireballs. He knew the six-year old was better than them...well, at least Korin. With Auntie A's help, Feru was going to surpass them all. His eyes followed the fireball up and then casually responded to Misora. "Misora, you better stop before you burn something again...Mother still hasn't gotten over the tapestry..." Feru glanced over to one of Misora's walls that once held a large tapestry of the family. The wall was scorched and the tapestry was gone, but you couldn't mistake what had happened. Of course, it happened when she was like 4...and Feru may have instigated the fireballs from her. He gave a mental sneer as he recalled the picture. Father was on the left and mother on the right. Mother had Misora on her lap and he was in the middle, and Korin was beside him....and Father had placed a hand on Korin's shoulder and not his. After seeing that stupid rug on the wall, Feru started to tease Misora about burning one of her dolls and eventually got her to aim right at him as he stood in front of the rug. He dodged the fireball in time and succeeded in getting Korin's face scorched off. Now....if only he could do that in real life...he glanced back at Korin, waiting for his response as he gleefully awaited the day when he challenged his brother for leadership.

OCC: What an evil little dude! Sheesh! lol
Not knowing anything going on inside Feru's head (Which is a good thing!), Korin gave Feru a half-smile. "I would like to tell you, Ferry, but it's top secret business. Ask Father if you'd like to know." He finished his smile with a small sneer, then stopped himself and blanked his face. Korin called Feru "Ferry" when he was demoting him and reminding him that he was his younger brother. He realized it was probably uncalled for, but he did it anyway. He also knew that Father wouldn't tell Feru even if Feru begged, threatened, or bribed him. Father was like that. Korin was too. He did everything like Father. He idolized Father.
Korin finally faced Misora. "Come one, Miso. Mother would be disappointed with you if you hurt one of the paintings she made for you. You don't want to hurt Mother, do you?" He sweetened his voice to a tone he only used with Misora and looked at her with adoring eyes. "We can go down to the beach if Mother says it's okay. Then Feru and I shall watch as you beat us to a crisp with how good you are." He gave her a sweet smile, one that only she was given, then waited for how she would respond.

OOC: all three of these kids are evil. lol!
Misora extinguished her fireballs when Feru mentioned the tapestry she had destroyed, crossing her arms and pouting. "It was your fault!" she whined, "You kept trying to get me to burn up Mr. Appa." She glanced at her lightly scorched stuffed flying bison that was sitting in the corner. "I'm not gonna burn anything else. But the beach sounds fun!" She jumped up and took both her brothers' hands, bounding out of the room and outside. Her long black hair trailed behind her, and her violet-blue eyes sparkled at the thought of practicing her firebending with her brothers.

Feru held back his sneer and temper when Korin called him "Ferry." He hated that nickname and the tone that Korin seemed to use whenever he said it. I have my own ways of finding out, Korin. Feru thought to himself as he calmed himself, all the while, holding a passive expression. "I was only wondering, Korin. You don't have to tell me if you can't." He replied sweetly. His gaze returned to Misora as he allowed Korin to slide on calling him Ferry. He was boiling inside, but hid it well as Misora accused him. "We were only playing. You know I wouldn't have done it." He smiled at her. He nearly groaned when Misora grabbed his arm again. He didn't want to go to the beach, but Mother was already get suspicious with Feru and his isolation with his brother and sister. So, to placate her and to avoid any unwanted attention, Feru would have to play along...for now.
As they exited and headed towards the beach, Feru decided to start a new topic. "Korin, did you hear about the Andros family? The father was murdered and the daughter was captured while you were gone. The Admiral has no idea where she is." He paused. "What was the daughter's name again...I think we used to play with her..." He pretended to ponder the name. "Oh, yes. Kiya. Didn't you have a crush on her?" He asked innocently as he swung Misora.
OOC: hehe he is one evil little prick. lol.

OOC: max, you are so evil!
Misora giggled with glee as Feru swung her. It was no secret to anyone that he was her favorite brother, and overall family member. She loved to tease him, but also to ask him questions about anything and everything. Then she noticed a burn on her brother's arm, and her eyes immediately looked concerned. "Feru, whaddya do to your arm?" she asked.
